Live services are scheduled and delivered via video conferencing or at designated venues. Digital products are available for download upon payment confirmation. Physical goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

4. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Live Services

Clients may request a refund up to 14 days before the scheduled date. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Services may be rescheduled once at no additional charge if notified at least 7 days prior to the session.

4.2 Digital Info Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. No refunds or shares are permitted. This policy ensures the integrity and quality of our expert-led materials.

4.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of receipt in undamaged condition. To initiate a return, please reach out. Once the returned items arrive, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

MentorPrimeWay and its team are committed to your growth. However, outcomes depend on individual engagement. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific offering.
